2. Bài mẫu IELTS Speaking chủ đề Animal - Part 2
Trong IELTS Speaking Part 2, các bạn sẽ nhận được 1 cue card từ giám khảo yêu cầu bạn nói về một chủ đề nào đó trong khoảng 2 phút. Nếu đề bài yêu cầu bạn miêu tả về một mẫu quảng cáo “Describe an interesting animal”, bạn có thể trình bày theo ý tưởng như sau:
Đó là con vật gì?
Con vật này có hình dáng, những điểm gì đặc biệt?
Tại sao bạn lại thấy động vật này thú vị?
Và giải thích những lý do, cảm xúc của bạn khi nuôi con vật này

If anyone ever asks me about the animal that I am into, I wouldn’t hesitate to say it is cats.
Truth be told, I have a pet cat at home which is so adorable and curious, and I think that I will never get enough of it. About this one, I brought it home a year ago from a veterinarian when he was only 2 months old, and I have been living with him since then.
This kind of 4-leg animal is exhilarating as it possesses strange traits. The first worth-mentioning one is that he is curious about anything around him. Therefore, he always scrutinizes me when I perform daily tasks and loves to sniff anything he may find. Secondly, he really leads a sedentary life when most of the time he lazes around the house doing nothing. According to some research, cats are likely to sleep up to 16 hours a day, which helps save them a lot of energy for hunting or mating. Even after being domesticated, cats have never given up on this habit, but many people may find this cute and irresistible. The third trait I would like to mention is that cats are very smart as they are rather observers than performers. To put it simply, they observe everything, and if we try to teach them some tricks with enough treats, they would master it in no time.
All in all, cats are my favorite animals, and they have ruled my life until today. I hope that we will be with each other for a long time.

Today I’m going to tell you about my favorite wild animal. I’m a bit of a nature geek, so naturally, I am quite fascinated with animals. One of my favorites is the lion.
It’s a mammal, which means the females give birth to cubs, rather than laying eggs. It’s known for being a ferocious predator. It hunts on smaller animals like deer or antelopes. Lion is generally yellow or orange in color. Its distinguishing feature is the mane, the thick fur around the neck of male lions. This trait is virtually absent in female ones.
You can expect to find lions at a number of places. For example, in the wild, like the savanna in Africa. They can also be found in zoos, but those are the tamed kinds. Lions are carnivores, so they feed primarily on meat. I would imagine they are not a fan of greens. They are predators, so I suppose the bulk of their daily activities is hunting. I don’t know much else apart from these things.
My love for the lion was fostered when I watched the Lion King as a child. It was a critically acclaimed animated movie by Disney, and definitely one of my perennial favorites.”

There are many reasons for the decision to be a vegetarian. The first reason to mention is religion. Devout followers of the Buddhists or Hindu religion will not eat animals or kill animals because they believe that all life is sacred.
The second reason may be due to health problems. For example, people with heart disease will often abstain from meat to avoid making their cardiovascular condition worse. Regardless of the reason, I believe that everyone has the right to decide on their own diet.

Today, many animals are at risk of extinction. If the government does not have a reasonable measure to protect wildlife, the biodiversity will be seriously affected and the consequence of it is unimaginable.
