With IELTS, now you have more than one way to improve your score. So how is the IELTS One Skill Retake Test Report Form (TRF) different from a conventional IELTS TRF? Read this article to find out more.
With the introduction of IELTS One Skill Retake, test takers can now opt to retake one skill instead of all four to improve their band score. So how is an IELTS One Skill Retake Test Report Form (TRF) different from your original IELTS TRF? Let's take a closer look.
Your original Test Report Form (TRF)
Everyone who completed an IELTS test receives an official IELTS Test Report Form. Your TRF is a certificate that reports your results as band scores which range from band 0 to band 9, with each band corresponding to a level of English-language proficiency. You will get an overall band score, as well as one for each part of the test - Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.

Using your results
Your original TRF will also remain valid. That means you have two separate test report forms: one with the original scores, and one with the new scores after your OSR. You can choose whether you use your original TRF or your new TRF.
