IELTS test rescheduling and cancellation policy:
15 days or more before the Listening, Reading and Writing test date: Rescheduling is free of charge.
5 to 14 days before the Listening, Reading and Writing test date: Rescheduling is permitted. However, an administrative fee of up to 25% of the paid test fee may apply.
4 days or less before the Listening, Reading and Writing test date: Rescheduling is not permitted. Requests made within this period will be treated as cancellation requests.

If you want to reschedule or cancel your IELTS OSR test, here’s what you need to know:
If you cancel at least 72 hours before the OSR test session, you are entitled to a full refund of the OSR test fee.
No refund will be provided if a candidate does not attend the OSR test or if the OSR result is not recognized by any institution, organization, or government authority. It is the candidate’s responsibility to check whether the relevant institutions accept the OSR test.
If the candidate wishes to cancel the test within 48 hours, they must contact the IELTS test centre.
If a candidate cannot attend the OSR test due to exceptional circumstances (illness, accident, death, etc.) and provides the required documentation to the test centre, it may be possible to reschedule the test or receive a refund through the registration system.
No additional administrative fee will be charged for cancellation, refund, or reschedule.
You can choose your speaking test time whether you are taking the IELTS on paper or computer. If unexpected circumstances require a change in your test time, we will notify you via email or phone.
