When & how to get your IELTS results

Paper-based IELTS: your results will be available 13 days after you complete the test.

Computer-delivered IELTS: your results will be available 1-5 days after you complete the test.

Life Skills for UKVI: your results will be available 7 days after you complete the test.

• If the test taker’s results have not been released within the relevant time frame and no result notification email has been received, a request to follow up on the test results may be submitted here.

4 ways to get your results

1. Collect the original Test Report Form (TRF) by yourself

Candidates can collect the original Test Report Form (TRF) by themselves at the IDP IELTS Office located on the 9th floor of Liberty Square Building, Silom. The office is open from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Needed Document: Original Passport or ID Card that you used to apply for the test.

2. Have another person collect your original Test Report Form (TRF)

You may ask someone else to retrieve your original Test Report Form (TRF) from the IDP IELTS office located on the 9th floor of Liberty Square Building, Silom. The office is open from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Needed Document:

• A signed copy AND the original passport or ID Card of a person who will collect your Test Report Form (TRF)

• A signed copy of your proof of identity (Thai ID / Passport) that you used to register for the test

• A signed letter of authority in English which you can download from here

3. Postal Mail

The original TRF will be issued by postal mail within 1-2 days after your results are released.

• Free EMS postal service in Thailand

• Free Registered postal service to overseas or UPS Service (Posting fees depend on the destination country, the minimum charge is 650 THB)

4. Preview IELTS Results Online

Candidates can preview results online on our website. A preview of your IELTS results will be available a day after the release of your results.

*The online system will display results for only 2 years after your test date.

• If the test taker would like to change the method of receipt of the IELTS test report form, a request may be submitted here. 

• The online preview of results cannot be used as an official IELTS Test Report Form.

• Under no circumstances will results be revealed over the telephone or email.

• You will receive ONLY ONE original TRF, so please ensure that it is kept securely. Replacement TRFs are not provided in case of loss or in any circumstances.
