If you believe your IELTS scores do not accurately reflect your performance, you can request a remark—officially known as an Enquiry on Results (EOR). This process allows your test to be re-evaluated by examiners.
Important information for request a remark
You must apply for a remark within 6 weeks of your test date.
You may request a remark for one or more test components—Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking—from a single test sitting.
The fee is THB 4,400
You must return your original test report form to initiate the remark process. It will be reissued only if your score changes.
How to request a remark
Log in to your Test Taker Account.
Go to My Test > Request a Re-mark.
Select the section(s) you wish to have re-marked. You can choose one or multiple sections.
