I would like to express my satisfaction with service here, yesterday I came in the speaking room. While Mark examiner asking for my ID card, I just noticed that I have lost my ID card.. Mark had to stop the recording and help me. I would like to thanks everyone that willing to help me and I would like to sincerely apologize again for my mistake. I’m clumsy and forgetful. After that I did a speaking test not well as I expected, but I’m fine. *Mark examiner help me a lot while speaking test and make me feel comfortable. Just finished my IELTS exam yesterday! Overall, the test was challenging but manageable. The Listening section required a lot of concentration, especially Part 3 and Part 4. Reading was quite time-pressured, so good time management was essential. For Writing, Task 2 felt more straightforward than Task 1. Speaking was less stressful than I expected, and the examiner was friendly. My advice is to practice consistently, build your vocabulary, and stay calm during the exam. Don’t panic if you miss a question just focus on the next one. Now it’s time to wait for the results. Fingers crossed!

From the moment I arrived, the ambiance was calm and welcoming, which really helped ease my nerves.
