To Transfer Your Test Date: If you are more than 5 weeks from your test, you can request a transfer for a THB 800 fee. The new test date must be within 3 months from the original test date.
To Cancel Your Test:If you are more than 5 weeks from your test, you can cancel and receive a partial refund. A THB 2,000 fee will be deducted.

Transfer Policy

Eligibility: Transfers are only permitted under exceptional circumstances.

Civil unrest, extreme weather

Processing Time: The test centre will assess your case and respond within 7 working days.
Fee: A processing fee of 800 THB is required once a transfer is approved.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available if the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the test date.
Partial Refund: Requests made less than 48 hours before the test are only considered under exceptional circumstances.

What happens if I miss the deadline for a standard transfer or cancellation?

Each test type has a different deadline for standard requests: 5 weeks before the test for IELTS, and 14 days before the test for IELTS for UKVI.
If this deadline has already passed, you are no longer eligible for a standard transfer or cancellation. Your only remaining option is to apply for special consideration under Exceptional Circumstances (for example, a serious medical emergency).

What if I am sick on my test day?

You should not attend the test if you are unwell. Instead, you must get an original medical certificate from a licensed doctor covering the test date. After you have your certificate, you must submit it through the appropriate request form as an "Exceptional Circumstance." For UKVI, this must be done within 5 days after the test date. If approved, you may be eligible for a refund or transfer, subject to an administrative fee.

If I cancel and get a refund, how long does it take to get my money back?

Once your cancellation request has been submitted and approved, the refund process will begin. You should expect the funds to be returned to your account in approximately 4-6 weeks. Please wait until after this period has passed before contacting us about a pending refund.
