“IDP – Start your journey here.” I had a good experience taking the IELTS UKVI Life Skills test with IDP. From the moment I arrived, the ambiance was calm and welcoming, which really helped ease my nerves. I also met other Asian girls who were taking the same test as me, and it felt comforting knowing we were all on the same journey. The examiner was professional, clear, and friendly, which made the speaking test feel more natural and less stressful likewise with the IDP staff,Overall, it was a positive and well-organized experience. Highly recommended for anyone preparing for the UKVI Life Skills test.

I would like to express my satisfaction with service here, yesterday I came in the speaking room. While Mark examiner asking for my ID card, I just noticed that I have lost my ID card.. Mark had to stop the recording and help me. I would like to thanks everyone that willing to help me and I would like to sincerely apologize again for my mistake. I’m clumsy and forgetful. After that I did a speaking test not well as I expected, but I’m fine. *Mark examiner help me a lot while speaking test and make me feel comfortable. This is my first time to do IELTS test, it cannot be forgotten : ) Best wishes, Yok

It was a very well organised test day at IDP Bangkok centre in Silom. Extremely courteous and helpful staff makes it really easy. I was taken aback though at the security measure, to the extent, I would term them as extreme and not even seen at the airports. You can’t carry a wipe for your glasses, can’t carry your handkerchief, they will strip the label on your bottled water and the piece of cake. I requested that I would like to carry a bottle of water in my speaking interview as I was facing a slight sore throat. But you know what? it was refused. I was politely but firmly told that if I had a health condition, I should have made an early request. Seriously? I could wake up with a little sore throat on the day of the test, no?
