Test fee payment instructions

Please be informed that effective 1st of February 2022, the test fee for the IELTS on paper is NPR 27,100, IELTS on computer is NPR 25,300, IELTS for UKVI is NPR 30,000 and UKVI Life Skills is NPR 21,000. You can deposit the test fee through any one of the following methods:

At any Nepal Investment Bank branch throughout the country. At the bank, you can use the IDP deposit slip or the normal slip. If you are using the normal slip, please mention account name as:

At any Standard Chartered Bank branch throughout the country. At the bank, you are required to ask for and fill up the Normal Deposit slip. Please mention account name as:

At any Nabil Bank branch throughout the country. At the bank, you are required to ask for and fill up the Normal Deposit slip. Please mention account name as:

At any bank throughout the country. At the bank, you are required to ask for and fill up the IPS/Other bank payment form. You must fill up the following details:

Through Standard Chartered Bank Online banking, please click https://www.online-banking.standardchartered.com/login/NP

• Please enter your Username and Password provided by the bank.

• Click “Transfer Funds” & then select “SC transfers”

• Select “Manage Beneficiary” & then click “Add Beneficiary”

• Enter the following details:

• Please tick “Send email alerts to this address” so that we are informed about your payment

• Please tick “Agree to terms and conditions” and then Click “Submit”

• You will receive and eTAC number in your mobile through SMS.

• Enter the eTAC number in the screen to confirm beneficiary.

• Now again click “Transfer Funds” & then select “SC transfers”

• In the “Transfer from” list, select your account & in the “Transfer to” list, select the IDP account you just added.

• In the “Payment Amount”, enter (applicable test fee amount)

• In the “Payment Reference”, type your name & test date you registered for.

• Select “Transfers” and then click “Submit”

Through Nepal Investment Bank Online banking, please click nibl.com.np

• Click “eBanking”

• Please enter your Username and Password provided by the bank

• Click “Transfers” and then click “Third Party Transfer”

• Under “From My Account”, select your account number through which you wish to make the payment

• In the “Branch” list, select “001-Durbar Marg”

• In the “Account” field, type 00101010321624

• You can now click “Third Party Account Details” and confirm account name as IDP EDUCATION NEPAL PVT.LTD. Then click “OK”

• Type (applicable test fee amount) in the “Transfer Amount” field

• Type your passport number and test date in the “Transaction Remarks” field and click OK

• You will now have to enter your OTP (Sent to your email and mobile) and Transaction password (provided by the bank) to confirm payment.

Through other bank’s online banking system, please check with your bank if you have the Interbank Payment System. If yes, please enter the following details:

SCAN the QR code of NEPAL PAY and keep the remark name and passport number and make the payment.

At IDP Education Nepal office, you can deposit the test fee through credit/debit card.

For all deposits made at the bank counters, please scan and email a copy of the deposit slip to testfee.nepal@idp.com and suraj.sharma@idp.com  and mark a copy to ielts.nepal@idp.com  within 2 days from booking your test.
