Application Processing Information
Your application will be processed within 5 business days. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for processing. The results will be sent to you via email.
1. EOR or Additional Test Report Form Requests
Required documents must be submitted before your application can be processed.
If you haven’t sent the documents yet, please visit the Remark and Request Additional TRF page and follow the instructions carefully.
2. Transfer or Refund Requests
If the payment was made via credit card or no payment is required : Please wait for an email notification for further updates.
3. Payment via Bank Transfer
After completing the transfer, send an email to tw001.administrator@idp.com.
The payment will be verified within 3 business days.
If the transfer details do not meet the requirements, the handling fee will be refunded, and the application will be canceled.

4. Payment in Cash
If you wish to pay in cash, you can do so at any of the IDP offices in Taiwan during office hours:
