For PC users
Download and install Inspera Exam Portal (IEP)
Download the IEP file by clicking onthis link. If it doesn’t download, ensure your antivirus and/or firewall isn’t blocking the program.
Once downloaded, open the file in recent downloads (named Inspera-Exam-Portal). A wizard installation window will pop up. Click Next.
Read and accept the terms, click Next.
Click on Install to finish installation.
IEP should be successfully installed. Click Finish to close the installation wizard.
Computer check prior to test day
24-48 hours prior to your test you will receive your log in details (username, password and Speaking PIN Code) in your 'My Account' login area.
Please note you will have the same username and password for your Speaking and Listening, Reading, Writing tests. However you will receive two pin codes: One for Speaking and one for Listening, Reading and Writing.
Make sure your computer is ready to go and the Inspera Exam Portal (IEP) has been installed correctly. Please note IEP needs to be downloaded prior to completing this check.
Pre-system check before test day
Click the Inspera Exam Portal shortcut on your desktop to launch the test player
Read the welcome screen and click Next
Your system will automatically check everything one by one. If it finds any issues, you will be notified to fix them before you can proceed (for example: remove a second screen if one is installed).
Once all items are passed, the Next button will become blue. Click Next.
You will be on the log in page. This means you are ready to go for test day. Do not attempt to log in before your test day and time as per your booking.
Close the test player. Your pre-system check is complete.
For Mac users
Download and install Inspera Exam Portal (IEP)

Before installing, go to Security & Privacy settings, and under the General tab ensure that you select “App Store and identified developers” as shown. This is necessary for installation or it may not run properly.
The downloaded .dmg file will be added to your downloads folder. Double click the file to begin installing.
After installation is complete, move the Inspera Exam Portal (IEP) App into Applications by simply dragging it into the folder.
Inspera Exam Portal (IEP) should now be available in the Launchpad.
