[Notice] 2025 Oct Holiday operation adjustment and cancelation Policy

Due to the series of national holidays in October, the IELTS Official Test Centre will temporarily suspend office services, including the dispatch and collection of paper Test Report Forms (TRFs) and enquiry responses.

📌 All tests will take place as scheduled.

📌 Online results release will not be affected.

📌 Paper TRF services will be processed on the next working day after the holidays.

🏮 Mid-Autumn Festival

• Office closure: October 4 (Sat) – October 6 (Mon)

• Affected test sessions: October 2–3 (computer-delivered IELTS)

• Office services resume on October 7 (Tue)

🇹🇼 National Day Holiday

• Office closure: October 10 (Fri) – October 12 (Sun)

• Affected test sessions: September 27 (Sat) paper-based IELTS, October 6–7 computer-delivered IELTS

• Office services resume on October 13 (Mon)

✨ Retrocession Day Holiday

• Office closure: October 24 (Fri) – October 26 (Sun)

• Affected test sessions: October 20, 21, 23 (computer-delivered IELTS)

• Office services resume on October 27 (Mon)
