IDP IELTS Lahore - Cantonment

I booked a test for my student but due to a system glitch it was mistakenly placed under my name. At first the email showed my student’s name but a day before the test it changed to mine. We had no access to cancel and later we were informed that a few tests were cancelled under both my and my student’s names. Which was unfortunate. We contacted the representatives and they immediately picked up the calls, connected on WhatsApp and guided us about the procedure. On their advice we booked a new test and paid a new fee but they remained very supportive throughout. Special thanks to Ms. Irum and the IDP center team for their great help. My refund is waiting I hope she’ll help me further one star left for the hassle. I have 50+ reviews waiting for her once I get the refund. She’s good.
