I am glad to share my experience with IDP Heliopolis centre. The employees responsible for the exam are very competent and professional. The tram leader Mr. Youssef Muhamed knows how to provide an excellent environment for test takers. The only suggestion I have is allowing coffee in the written exam. Either from outside or inside the centre. Having to take an exam for example after many hours of waiting would be very hard if the examinee is not very alert.

They offer a very professional setting for taking the exam. All the instructions are clear and you are allowed to ask questions at any point in time.
