The test center was neat and quiet with perfect security measures. The instructors were very helpful. The video call used for the speaking test was very good and the voice was clear. All required facilities for the exam were provided such as papers, pencil and a sharpener. The test was conducted in a smooth way without any disturbance. Thanks so much for this good experience.

Very well organized , pleasant experience overall. However the email doesn’t mention the exact details regarding how to find the building entrance , so please mention it in the email or post an announcement on the elevator ,thankfully the receptionist was very helpful .
