How to participate in the contest?

Step 1: Take an IELTS test from IDP IELTS Bangladesh between Jan 1st 2025 and Feb 28th 2025.

Step 2: Achieve an overall band score of 6.5 or higher to qualify.

Important: Submit the form within 7 days of receiving your exam results to secure your spot in the contest!

Step 3: After your results are out, you will receive a form link via Email and SMS. (The form will also be available on the website).

Step 2: Fill out the form with the following details:

  • Your Name, Email, Phone, and Passport/NID number.

  • Upload a Photo (to be used on social media).

  • Provide consent for sharing your name and photo on social media.

Step 3: Share your experience by answering these questions:

  • How will IELTS help you achieve your personal or professional goals?

  • How was your experience with the IDP IELTS exam?

Eligibility criteria:

You must be 18 years or older.

Book an IELTS test (Academic, General Training, UKVI, or Life Skills) with IDP IELTS Bangladesh. The Test date must be taken between Jan 1, 2025, and Feb 28, 2025.

Registration date between 1st Jan 2025 and 31st Jan 2025.

Achieve an overall band score of 6.5 or higher during the mentioned exam date period.

The participants must fill up the form.

Candidates must be Bangladeshi citizens.

Exemptions: Test Absentees, Cancellations, or One Skill Retake candidates are not eligible.

Terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  1. The scholarship is open to all IELTS test takers who achieve a minimum overall band score of 6.5 or above in their IELTS test.

  2. The test must be taken between Jan1, 2025, and Feb 28, 2025.

  3. Candidates must be Bangladeshi citizens or residents.

2. Award Details:

  1. A total of 500 scholarship will be granted each month.

  2. Each scholarship award is worth BDT 5,000.

3. Application Process:

  1. To be considered for the scholarship, candidates must register their IELTS test results through the official IDP IELTS Excellence Scholarship application form.

  2. The application form must be completed and submitted by the specified deadline.

4. Selection Criteria:

  1. Scholarship winners will be selected based on their IELTS band score of 6.5 or above.

  2. Awards will be distributed through top 400 TT overall IELTS Band score every month along with complying the application form requirements.

5. Prize Distribution:

  1. Scholarship awards will be distributed in the form of a bank transfer.

  2. Winners will be notified via email or phone call, and they must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, the scholarship may be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions:

  1. The scholarship award is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  2. IDP Education reserves the right to disqualify any application that does not meet the eligibility criteria or is found to be fraudulent.

  3. By participating in the scholarship program, candidates agree to allow IDP Education to use their name, photograph, and testimonials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Privacy:

  1. Personal information provided during the application process will be used solely for the purpose of the scholarship award and will be handled in accordance with IDP Education's privacy policy.

8. Modification and Cancellation:

  1. IDP Education reserves the right to modify or cancel the scholarship program at any time without prior notice.

  2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through the official IDP IELTS website or via email.
