I had a wonderful experience taking my IELTS exam at this IDP center. The atmosphere was calm and well-organized, which really helped me stay focused. The staff were exceptionally professional, supportive, and understanding throughout the entire process. Best exam I've ever had!! Staff members were nice and easy to communicate with and were cooperative, despite me clearly being late LOL (still, I was no exception). They repeated the instructions clearly more than once which is fantastic, and were very understanding and approachable. And were additionaly helpful by asking me questions after the test about my uni's desires, definitely will ask for help if I had anything in mind!
