I want to share my experience at the IELTS test center. The staff were very kind and helpful. Before the exam, they made me feel calm and not scared at all. The whole place felt comfortable and welcoming. I want to thank Mr. Mohammed, Ms. Amani, and Ms. Ilham. They were always smiling, and they made me feel respected and at ease. Their service was great, and I truly appreciated their attitude. If I could give them more than five stars, I honestly would. ☺️
