Very kind and welcoming staff, Supportive and helpful. The place is clean and tidy, it smells great and the lighting is well as well. The environment was professional and barely any faults. Keep in mind, I haven’t taken my speaking yet.

I had my exam at this centre today and it has been extremely pleasant experience. I have taken the test 9 years ago and definitely this centre take care with even the very small and commonly overlooked things that makes all the difference. Having the start time of each section displayed on the board, the use of the wireless and simple to use headphones, professional still humble and eager to help employees, clear instructions even the refresher station all ensured a very smooth process. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience at this centre.
