I would like to share my experience with both the IELTS test center and the institute where I completed my IELTS preparation. Overall, it was an excellent and highly supportive journey. I completed my IELTS preparation at the same institute, and my experience there was extremely positive. The environment was professional, welcoming, and conducive to learning. All staff members were polite, cooperative, and always willing to help. I would especially like to appreciate my teacher, Mehrin Khan, who was exceptionally kind and dedicated. She supported me beyond regular class hours and continued guiding me even after my class enrollment had officially ended. Her encouragement, mentorship, and genuine concern for her students truly make her a gem. Regarding the IELTS test center, everything was perfectly organized. The test environment was calm and well-managed, and the test staff was professional, friendly, and collaborative throughout the process. Their cooperation helped reduce stress and ensured a smooth testing experience. Alhamdulillah, with the support of this institute, my teacher, and the test center staff, I achieved my desired result with an overall Band 7 (C1 level). I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to prepare for or take the IELTS exam.

Their staff is cooperative and friendly , waiting area is perfect and your family or whoever you bring along with you are allowed to sit there , Overall experience was really good , the examiner for my speaking test made me a little anxious but I still got a band 7!💗
