Transfer

Follow further steps and rules for getting transfer:

STEP 1 - You must complete a Test Date Transfer  Form .

STEP 2 - Candidate can request a test day transfer up to five weeks before the test date, free of charge.

STEP 3 - Send the completed form to ielts@edu-action.uz.

NOTE

Request for postponement of your IELTS test must be made strictly 5 weeks before the test date via email or in person only.

Cancellation

Follow further steps and rules for getting cancellation:

STEP 1 - You must complete a Request a Refund  Form.

STEP 2 - Cancellation more than five weeks ahead of the test date – you will receive a full refund (less a 25% administrative fee).

STEP 3 - Send the completed form to ielts@edu-action.uz .

NOTE - Request for cancellation of your IELTS test must be made strictly 5 weeks before the test date via email or in person only.

Refund/Cancellation: Cancellation/Refund Form must be submitted strictly 5 weeks before the test date via email or in-person only. Cancellation more than 5 weeks ahead of the test date – you will receive a refund less a 25% administrative fee. Cancellation less than 5 weeks ahead of the test date - the candidate will not receive a refund.

Transfer: The candidate can request a test day transfer up to five weeks before the test date, free of charge. Candidates can not change the test dates less than 5 weeks ahead of the test date. The transfer can be made only once and the transfer date can not be more than 3 months from the test date.

Candidates can make Refund/Transfer requests in less then five weeks only in exceptional circumstances. 25% administrative fee applied. Evidence and forms must be provided not more than 5 days after the main test date.

You must complete a Request for Refund  or Test Date Transfer  Form and send it to ielts@edu-action.uz Please, do not forget to attach appropriate documentation and/or evidence, such as a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner, a death notice or certificate or a police report.
