I had a wonderful experience at the IDP IELTS Test center in Jeddah under the Mrs. Amani's team. They explained to me everything and I did not experience any issues even though it is my first time to take the test. Mr. Mansour and Mr. Faisal were kind and made feel like home in the test center. The place is well organized, and the staff were very friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. I truly appreciated how smooth and comfortable the entire process was. The environment itself really helps you feel calm and relaxed before the exam, without any unnecessary stress. There was just one significant issue with the headphones. They had no noise isolation, so when the writing test started, you could clearly hear multiple keyboards getting smashed, which was extremely frustrating and made it almost impossible to focus. It would be wonderful if the center could consider upgrading the headphones to ones with larger pads and better noise isolation. Other than that, the overall experience was great, and I still highly recommend taking your IELTS test with them. Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality, Mrs. Amani and Mr. Mansour.
