I had a great experience taking my IELTS exam at IFI. The staff was professional, organized, and very supportive throughout the process. The test environment was calm and well-structured, which helped me feel comfortable and focused. From registration to the actual exam day, everything was smooth and well-managed. I feel the test centre is very comfortable, well organised, friendly staff. specially the headphone provided in the test centre is so good. Also, the speaking test examiners pleasant behaviour helps to relax at the time of test. And they arrange tea/coffee and other drinks in the welcome area. One more point I have to mentioned that, while in the exam table they provide water and chocolate this helps a lot. Thank you so much for your quality service.

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating and will make you feel comfortable especially while waiting for the test. The IDP-IFI is providing free mock test in all the sections and will give feedback on the speaking test. Thank you IFI.
