IDP now gives you the freedom to choose the way you want to take your IELTS test. You can choose between the computer-delivered and the paper-based formats from a test centre that is closest to you. We offer over 450 test locations in 60 countries.
You can book your IELTS test online or visit your nearest IDP branch to book it offline. To complete this you will need to upload a clear colour scan or photo of your passport and use your credit card to finalise payment.

I recently took my IELTS exam and had a free consultation here. Let’s start with the test center — it’s on the 16th floor, just turn right from the elevator and you’ll spot it right away. The place is well-organized, with water, candy, and coffee available for visitors. The staff are clear with instructions and respond quickly both in person and on their FB page. However, one of the staff members I talked to wasn’t very fluent in English, which I found a bit odd for an English test center. Anyway, since I took the computer-based exam, I received my results just a few days later, which was very convenient. As for the consultation, I couldn’t make it during business hours, but Mau was kind enough to stay overtime and give me a quick and short yet insightful session. He was quite straightforward about scholarships and financial matters — a bit discouraging at first, but after doing my own research, I realized he was just being honest and realistic. Mau even offered to help me research universities and apply for free. IDP mainly focuses on study programs in Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, and some parts of Europe, so the costs can be quite high. It might not be the best option for someone with a limited budget right now, but once I’m ready to take the next step, I’ll definitely choose to be under their care again
I took IELTS general exam a week ago from IDP SM North Quezon City branch. It was a hassle-free experience and I was able to finish the exam just within the time limit. The examination room and speaking test room were outstanding and no disturbances as well. The invigilator and the staffs were very helpful and accommodating. The best thing is that the results came out the day after the exam. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise! Thank you IDP for the wonderful experience.
I took my IELTS Academic computer exam last February 2024 at IDP Marco Polo Ortigas. The process throughout the exam went quite well, and the staff were accomodating and helpful. I was surprised and worried that the speaking exam was via Zoom call instead of face-to-face (which they informed me before the test date), thinking of all the technical difficulties that might have arisen. Glad it went pretty smoothly. The test area was also neat, comfortable, and conducive to test-taking. Got my results after 3 days. Thank you IDP Ortigas branch. 👍
