More Filipinos will now be a step closer to their global dreams as IDP Education Philippines officially opens its new office in Quezon City on November 15, 2023. The IDP Quezon City Office will provide IDP’s free study abroad services and will serve as their new International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test center.
Country Director of IDP Philippines, Jose Miguel Habana and the rest of IDP Philippines’ Country Leadership team led the office opening and ribbon cutting ceremonies. The opening and ribbon cutting ceremonies were then followed by a press conference and office tour attended by local media, partner school representatives, and distinguished guests of IDP.
Ms. Margie Santos, Head of Business Permits and Licensing Department and Mr. Jay Gatmaitan, Head of Local Economic and Investment Promotions Office are representatives from the Quezon City Local Government who were also present during the event.
The IDP Quezon City Office makes face-to-face counseling, study abroad student services, and the world’s leading high-stakes English language proficiency test more accessible for Filipinos living in the northern part of the Metro Manila and nearby provinces in Luzon.

Moreover, Mr. Habana proudly stated that IDP Quezon City represents the 11th office that they have opened year-to-date, following their recent expansions in Batangas, Iloilo, and Davao, as well as the establishment of IELTS on Computer testing centers in key locations such as Manila, Cagayan De Oro, Laoag, Naga, Zamboanga, Laguna, and Iloilo. In total, IDP Education Philippines now has 8 study abroad offices while continuously offering virtual counseling and other services all over the country, and 15 IELTS on Computer Labs, all while continuing to administer IELTS on Paper nationwide.
The new IDP Quezon City Office is located at the 5th Floor NorthLink Building, SM City North Edsa, Brgy. Sto. Christo, Quezon City.
