Staff was very cordial, thoroughly professional. The environment was very conducive for the exam. The security staff could use some smiles. And for people who use any headwear for religious or other reasons should be notified beforehand that these are not allowed for the test (eg in a country like Pakistan where a good percentage males also cover their heads). Overall, great job and thank you.

Had my first meeting with Ramsha from IDP regarding studying in Ireland, and it was a great start. She was friendly, informative, and explained the process in a clear and structured way.
