I had a great experience at IDP Education & IELTS Testing Islamabad. The location was convenient and easy to access, making the overall experience very comfortable. The environment was well-organized, professional, and pleasant. The staff were extremely cooperative, friendly, and supportive throughout the process. They were always ready to help and guided candidates efficiently, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I took my IELTS test at a well-organized test centre where the environment was calm and welcoming. The staff members were very kind and cooperative throughout the whole process. They guided us clearly about the rules and procedures, which made everything easy to understand. I felt comfortable and relaxed while giving my test because the staff were polite and helpful. The seating arrangement was neat, and the atmosphere was quiet, which helped me to concentrate better. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the supportive behavior of the staff made my test day much less stressful.

IDP has been exceptional in my process for the UK Jan 2026. From starting to find a university, to applying on time and getting my vise, despite the unexpected delays this semester, my process has been smooth. Saif bhai, was an angel. Not only how patiently he aided me in my process but also going out of his way to accommodate my questions and even staying back late to make sure I had everything before I left. I had no issues at the airport, everything went great. Honestly, this was the first time I applied through an agent and had no problems at all. I have built a relationship that goes beyond work and IDP will always have a connection, whereve I am for any potential students. Highly recommended.
