My experience at the IELTS test centre was excellent. The staff were extremely well-mannered, cooperative, and helpful throughout the entire process. They guided me politely at every step, from registration to entering the exam room, which made the environment very comfortable. The facility itself was well organised. The computer systems and headphones were in perfect working condition, and the audio quality was very clear during the Listening test. I also appreciated the clean and quiet setting, which helped me stay focused.
