I took computer-based test just yesterday, received my results today. As they said previously, they are not issuing paper certificates anymore and that's fine by me. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everything went well. I don't know what all those comments are about to be honest as I read them right before the day of my test and got worried but it all went fine.

An excellent place to take an English test. Staff are professional and courteous, information in emails is accurate and detailed, and the venue is sufficient for secure test taking. Results are provided in a timely manner and arrived at my home address without issue. It was stressed repeatedly that giving a comprehensive, accurate address is needed for this. I had absolutely no issue with anything from start to finish with the centre, test, or staff, and made sure to follow, read, and understand everything that was provided both before, during, and after the test in order to get the most from the day and prevent any issues from happening at any point. Looking at negative reviews, it seems those who complain clearly do not adhere to the rules laid out and information provided to them or do not provide enough relevant information to the test centre, such as their home postal address. You are advised to ignore these negative reviews as these people are likely wanting to blame anyone but themselves for their own incompetence. It's easy to try and blame others when you know you are wrong, and it seems from most of these negative reviewers that they are the ones at fault.
