Very professional conduct!! My only suggestion would be to limit verbal announcements during the exam (i.e. "you still have 10min., you need to transfer your answers in the given time, you will not have extra time"... etc). It is clearly stated in beforehand, so everyone should be able to keep track of the time, the sessions are marked on the board, the clock is right there, announcements kind of hinder examinees in time trouble..

I took IELTS Academic 1 year ago, and can confidently say that stuff was very polite and everything was well-organised. Before speaking part I was a bit nervous, but examinator was friendly and this helped me to relieve stress burden. So I can wholeheartedly recommend taking tests here.

My IELTS exam day was well-organised and professional. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The environment was quiet, and I felt comfortable during all parts of the test. The Speaking examiner was friendly, which helped me feel more relaxed. Overall, a positive experience.
