My IELTS exam day was well-organised and professional. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The environment was quiet, and I felt comfortable during all parts of the test. The Speaking examiner was friendly, which helped me feel more relaxed. Overall, a positive experience.

I took IELTS Academic 1 year ago, and can confidently say that stuff was very polite and everything was well-organised. Before speaking part I was a bit nervous, but examinator was friendly and this helped me to relieve stress burden. So I can wholeheartedly recommend taking tests here.

Taking IELTS at EPiQ Assessment was a great experience. The staff was very polite and gave me clear instructions about the test, as I was informed about every stage of the process beforehand. If there is one thing I would change, it would probably be to ask to check my photograph before they use it in their database 😅 but that one was on me. Smooth process, fast results, great staff!
