Standard OET exam fees in Cambodia

The full OET exam, which includes four sub-tests (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), costs AU$587 (~ USD392).

For those who prefer to book individual sub-tests, the costs are as follows for OET on Paper at a venue:

Please note that booking individual sub-tests is only available if you have previously taken the full OET test. Before booking, ensure the organisation you are sharing your results with accepts scores from individual sub-tests.

Potential additional OET costs

When planning for the OET exam, it's essential to consider potential additional costs that may arise. Here's a breakdown:

Preparation courses

OET prep courses can cost up to $690 for 18 hours. In comparison, IELTS offers a similar price of $690 for 24 hours, providing more flexibility in course preparation.

Rescheduling and cancellation fees

  • Rescheduling the OET test incurs an additional fee of A$120.

  • Cancelling the test within 48 hours of the scheduled time results in forfeiture of the test fee.

Sending extra score reports

For OET, sending additional score reports to institutions costs A$30 per report. This fee is in addition to the initial test fee.

Retaking the test after 2 years

If you need to retake the OET after the validity of your previous results has expired (2 years), you must pay the full test fee again.

Re-marking

Requesting a re-mark of OET sub-tests incurs a fee of AU$120 (OET on Paper) or AU$95 (OET on Computer) per sub-test.
