The reception at IDP is very efficient and welcoming, and overall the team has been really helpful with my UK application process. My counsellor Mr. Praneeth guided me step by step, from contacting the university to helping with my visa. He was always quick to reply to my emails, which made the whole process much easier. Mr. Shamil and Ms. Nour were both very professional and answered all my questions. They helped me book my biometrics and guided me through my visa application. The entire process was much faster than I expected, and I got my offer letter, CAS, and visa without any issues. IDP’s guidance and support made the process clear and much easier to handle.
