IDP Riyadh - Hinti Academy - Unaizah

The academy is proactive in self improvement and in providing needed training for the individuals , however there female side receptionist and call center is in need of improvement !! I have signed and payed for a three month course with no fees back on when do we start the course ! After two weeks form my inquiry I get the same response of next Sunday and that they will contact me with no vain . It saddens me to see the service provided of such established academy this below class 🙄

I didn't recieve any tutorials from ISPs. No materials sent to me. The video tutorials that was scheduled was within a few days and didn't tally with my time because am an essential worker and I run shift duties. However, the test environment was great and staff were very friendly. It a plus.

Thank you for everything you did during my IELTS exam. I am proudly thankful for the service you have provided. Best wishes

I'm always proud with the progress my beloved hometown makes. I would like to thank all those who were responsible for that.
