When you go to apply for the IELTS test, staff are friendly, but don't give you any briefing. In the exam day - no enough parking for candidates, people end up parking in front of people's houses - there is a cafeteria opened during the exam which is good. While waiting for speaking test: - staff were unorganised, candidates were not entered to speaking test on time - member of staff was very rude towards candidates ordering them. - the waiting room was very hot. -belongings are not kept in safe place.
