I had an amazing experience with Ms Fatima Ramjan. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs throughout the entire process. Her work and support is worth appreciation as she helped me in securing a visa at the earliest. She was always available on call and meetings, providing significant guidance until the final process. I applied for a student visa with the incredible help of Ms. Edna Quiambao, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The process was complex and involved a massive amount of paperwork, yet she was patient, understanding, and supportive throughout. She worked with me from September to December, and when everything was finally approved, she genuinely shared in my happiness. When my visa was rejected the first time, I was shocked and couldn’t stop crying. Ms. Edna immediately contacted my father after speaking to Immigration New Zealand to get an explanation. She reassured me that we could apply again, and she personally re-applied for me. During the second application, when Immigration requested additional documents, she stayed in the office past her working hours to help me. We were the only two left, and her dedication made me feel happy and grateful that I was in good hands. Ms. Edna is the most professional, organized, and focused employee I’ve ever worked with. She handled everything meticulously—uploading files correctly, double-checking every detail, and ensuring nothing was overlooked. Her hard work, expertise, and genuine care deserve more than 5 stars. I truly hope she gets more than one raise because she is the best. I’m incredibly grateful to have worked with her! I may add that she was never angry or nervous, she stayed positive and calm and was able to get me the approval to my visa application.
