I was initially nervous applying for IDP as I figured that I would be able to complete all applications on my own and I assumed I was too late for Masters application. Turns out there were lots of processes required that I missed out and that it wasnt too late to apply for Masters. I very quickly realized that I did need help and IDP provided just that. Ms Joyce Esther was kind enough to guide me through my process from starting my application process from scratch till my VISA application process. She kept me and my father constantly informed and helped answer our questions. Not only did she handle everything professionally, she was also very kind and understanding, often joking with me.
