would like to express my sincere appreciation to the English institute where my daughter is currently studying. We are very happy with the environment, the quality of teaching, and the professionalism of the staff. A special thanks to Miss Ohood from the administration for her support and kindness, and to Miss Aya for being such a wonderful and dedicated teacher. My daughter truly enjoys learning with her. Also, the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite, respectful, and helpful, which left a very positive impression on us. Thank you all for your great efforts and excellent service. Took my TOEFL here. The whole process was smooth and organized. The admin assistant Zyad Emad especially was very helpful and professional, and the staff made the experience much less stressful than I expected. Everything was handled efficiently and the center was well managed. Thanks to everyone for the great experience.
