The environment, service, staff, and equipment were all amazing. Equipment: Most importantly, they have separate personalized tables with built-in walls, ensuring complete privacy for candidates—something rare in many exam centers. The chairs are highly adjustable, providing comfort without causing any distractions. The headphone quality is excellent, far superior to those at other centers. Staff: The staff members are very cordial and respectful. Everything was well-organized and maintained according to the schedule. Even the examiner for the speaking test was extremely friendly. She was always smiling and warm, which helped me overcome my nervousness during the test. Exam Environment: The number of candidates per exam session was quite reasonable compared to other overcrowded exam centers. Since only a few candidates were present at a time, there was no overcrowding or distraction due to surrounding noise. Additionally, they provided their own bottled water, whereas in other exam centers, I wasn’t allowed to bring water, nor was any provided. There was also no unnecessary waiting time. The gap between the speaking test and the other three modules was minimal, which helped reduce stress and tension instead of prolonging it by waiting in a long queue. Furthermore, since the exam center is on the 8th floor, there was no distraction from traffic noise, ensuring a quiet and focused test environment. Result: I received my results within 24 hours, which I didn’t even expect! Overall, this is the best exam center I’ve experienced, and I have already recommended it to people in my network.
