Saskatchewan IELTS Requirement for PR
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) offers multiple pathways for those interested in moving to the province. The IELTS score is required for Saskatchewan’s immigration because English is the main language, and applicants must include an official language assessment for the International Skilled Worker Sub-Categories, Agriculture Talent Pathway, Health Talent Pathway, Tech Talent Pathway (if applicable), and Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit (if applicable).

Saskatchewan PNP IELTS Requirement
Applicants using the Agriculture Talent Pathway must show English or French language ability of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 4 or higher. The IELTS equivalent of this is 4.5 (Listening), 3.5 (Reading), 4 (Writing), and 4 (Speaking). For the Health Talent Pathway, applicants must meet a minimum CLB 5 (Non-Express Entry) or CLB 7 (Express Entry) or higher if needed to match the language level they declare in their Express Entry profile.
For those using the Innovation and Tech Talent Pathway, applicants must meet the federal Express Entry language requirements, which means they must have English and/or French language ability of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 or higher. For a Skilled Worker With Existing Work Permit, if your job offer is in a NOC TEER level "4" or "5," you must provide valid language test results from a designated testing agency. You must have English or French language ability at the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 or higher.

Saskatchewan Express Entry IELTS
The International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-category is for skilled workers who want to live and work in Saskatchewan, are in the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry Pool, and meet the sub-category criteria.
