To make sure your photo is accepted, follow these simple steps:
The room is well-lit.
Make sure your light is on and you can be clearly seen
Your face is visible and you are not wearing a hat or face covering
Position your face or the photo page of your ID in the centre of the circle on the screen
Click take photo
