Despite the huge negative points that everyone has mentioned here such as don't answer the phones, bad staffs behavior, and weak website I should mention that the most important aim is to pass the exam and for me it wasn't important any other matters, that's why this anstitude is the best for passing the IELTS exam because they gave at least your own score without any porous.
