Offline payment instructions

1. I need to make an IELTS on Computer (IOC) Offline Payment    

If you wish to make an offline payment, please review the below instructions:          

Thank you for your IELTS registration with ID014 IALF Bali. 

Please note that your registration is still pending until payment is complete.   

Payment instructions:  

1. Prepare the information listed below as you will be asked to enter them at the start of your payment process. They must be the same as what you entered during registration:  

• Full name of test taker (exactly the same as on your application) 

• Gender (Female/Male) 

• Date of birth 

• Email 

• Mobile phone 

• Test location 

• Test date 

• Test format (Paper/Computer) 

• Module (Academic/General Training)  

2. Once you are in DOKU, choose payment method: 

- Credit card: complete your credit card details and click "Process Payment". 

- ATM Channel: click "Get Payment Code" and you will receive instructions via email.  

3. Time limit to complete payment is 2 hours, after which your seat will be released.  

4. One working day after your payment is successful, a manual crosscheck will be done to make sure that your registration data and payment match. Your registration is confirmed only when this crosscheck is done and you have received a confirmation email.  

5. If you don’t receive the confirmation email after 2x24 hours, please contact us at ieltsbali@ialf.edu  or WhatsApp +62 812 8344 4011 immediately.
